Fashion tells a great story, reflecting many important aspects of life – the immediate and direct aspect; we are a clothed species, so even the most "could not care less"-attitude does indeed care as they venture forth dressed (at least for the most part, but that is another story entirely!), over the communicative, conversational and sometimes socio-critical/political topics, to the downright fashion obsessive aspects of the sartorial language and all the prowess it holds.

Over the years, Jørgen Simonsen has conducted countless lectures, speaking of his work and decades-long career within fashion's holiest of halls: Haute Couture.

A lecture stemming directly from Jørgen Simonsen's extensive background and knowledge in and of fashion, embraces varied forms of speeches, conferences, "An evening with...", multimedia lectures, motivational speaking, fashion seminar council, or one-off or long-term lecturing, even combined lectures/courses, that could focus on themes like - but not limited to:

•	"My story" - the Jørgen Simonsen experience
•	Fashion history
•	Gender through a sartorial lens
•	"How to do it" - how you succeed in the fashion industry
•	Sustainability in fashion today, and the need hereof
•	How to curate a viable and wearable wardrobe in our current climate of high consumerism
•	"Behind the scene" - an ABC-explanatory run-through of a specific creation/design, exploring the road from concept over construction and execution to final fitting and preserving a bespoke garment

All uniquely tailored to audiences as diverse as fashion professionals, university students and/or faculty, fashion colleges, MBA fashion courses and programs, or even the general public outside an actual fashion-oriented sphere.

Jørgen Simonsen has already given multiple lectures of great diversity; speaking to 560 graduate fashion students (and later to a graduation audience of over 10,000), speaking at an intimate retreat in Brittany to a select group interested in harmonious well-being inside and out, and speaking in the form of more traditional lectures given at fashion colleges and universities around the world. He has also addressed global, high-end industry leaders like Lexus/Toyota, Google, General Electric and Citroën, about luxury-design and the influence it has on our daily lives. The range is vast, as are delivery formats, and even the delivery language (English, French, Danish, Swedish and Italian).
